Idazlanarekin batera, gutun azal itxi bat bidali beharko da, kanpoaldean idazlanaren izenburua jarrita, eta barrualdean, berriz, egilearen izen-abizenak, telefonoa, helbide elektronikoa eta NAN agiriaren fotokopia.
4.- Aukera dago lanak posta elektronikoz bidaltzeko ere, euskara@zumaia.eus helbidera. 5.- Zumaiako Udalak izendatutako epaimahaiak ebatziko du lehiaketa. Epaimahaiko idazkaria Zumaiako Udaleko euskara teknikaria izango da, eta ez du botorik edukiko.
6.- Sariak eman gabe utzi ahal izango dira, eta finkatutako diru kopuruak zatiezinak izango dira.
7.- Lanak aurkezteko epea irailaren 30ean amaituko da. Sari banaketa garaiz iragarriko da.
8.- Zumaiako Udalak beretzat gordetzen du saritutako lanak argitaratzeko eskubidea, baina argitaratzekotan, epaimahaiak ebazpena eman eta urtebeteko epearen barruan argitaratu behar du, bai bere kabuz, bai beste batzuen bidez. Lehenengo argitalpenaren ustiapen eskubideak Zumaiako Udalarenak izango dira.
9.- Epaimahaiaren ebazpena itzulezina izango da, eta lehiaketa honetan parte hartzeak oinarri hauek onartzen direla esan nahi du.
